        DO NOT !! Give Richard a deposit 100.00 to secure a price. I gave him a deposit of 100.00 and he would not give me my deposit back after I told him I couldn't hire him because of a heart ship.I guess he enjoys taking advantage of Widows. He didn't care if I gave him a bad review because it wouldn't be the first time. I guess business must be pretty bad since he can't afforded to give me my $100.00 back . He claims he ordered materials and can't return them? However after speaking with other gutter companies I was told that wicker is a very common color and he would definitely be able to use the materials on another job. I guess he needs my $100.00 for gas money to get to his next job?
