THEY DO NOT HONOR WARRANTIES: 2 and a half years ago my husband and I purchased some new furniture from VCF. Before we finished our purchase we asked about the warranties and were told of their policies. Less than 5 months later our Partially leather couch had a tear that happened from somebody of average size just sitting down. We called the VCF and they told us this fell under the couch manufacturers warranty, so we called them. They came out, took pictures, assessed the damage, and said they would get back with us. We were then told that they could not fix it because there was missing leather (there was not). We called VCF back and were told they couldn't do anything either despite telling us in the store that the couch was covered for a year. We gave up and a few months later a board broke. We called back and demanded they either fix it or take their cheap furniture back. We had somebody come out and assess it. He "fixed" it (rigged it) and stated that they would have fixed the leather had we called within the year. I not so politely informed him that we had and they refused to fix it. The board continues to break and we continue to get NO help from VCF. So, beware! They DO NOT honor their warranties and their furniture is cheap!

THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION EVER!! Fallon one of the "customer service reps" is by far one of the rudest people I've ever had to deal with. Not to mention they only deliver on Thursdays and even though you tell them when you work they make sure to schedule your delivery during that time frame so either you're late to work or miss work all together. They love to not accommodate you!
