A picture is worth a thousand words, however, google will not let us attach them as a reply to your review so instead I will quote part of an email from your client's facility manager directly "Looks like it snowed all day here yesterday with the lime all over." Quicklime to be exact, a material, which per the SDS provided, specifically states that ‘those handling this product should avoid inhalation, skin and eye contact in addition to avoiding generating airborne dust’ because of the extensive list of health and environmental hazards from inhalation and exposure to this product. Exactly why it is standard procedure in the Emergency Response industry to provide a rate sheet of materials/equipment/personnel that may be used vs providing a quote due to the various unknowns in scenarios like this - which any reasonable person would understand exist when there is “snow” amounts of lime spread across a facility covering walls, storage tanks, the ground, fencing, buildings, piping, etc. (Really wish we could attach those job site photos!) There are no exorbitant charges, no excessive goods or services outside the scope of work, and backup was provided along with clear correspondence from Young’s regarding all stages of this project. What is an actual shame is that you can take the time to write a bias google review but refuse to pay the invoice for services rendered.
