Truth Hurts on Google

image Please if you love your family member do send them to this location! It is the worst dialysis center I have ever seen and I have not even talking about the staffing yet! This is coming from first hand experience. There is only 1 CCHT in the facility and the management does not care about your loved ones. So what that means over 80% of time when the needles are being put into the patients life line it is with an unqualified individual who has had very little training and damage the patients access and over time it creates even more issues which means more doctors visits that is uncalled for. Janelle, and Debra who is supposed to be the clinical manager only care about the number of patients even if they are very low on staffing (which they are currently) and have been for years due to management being so bad that all the good cchts leave and the poor patients are stuck with unqualified pct's who have hurt people's access and have put individuals in the hospital because of the facility's neglect to the patient. The cleanliness is what scares me the most! Patients come in the morning and there is still blood on the dialysis machines and patient chairs from the day prior. The state recently has been through the facility and let's just say they did not have a good audit by any means. Hopefully management will change and have someone there who cares about the staff and patients! I can tell you right now that if you talk to OC, Deborah, or Janelle take it with a grain of salt! They will act like they care about the patients when they talk to them but behind closed doors is a different story! They treat the patients as a number and currently they have approximately 125 patients to roughly 10 technicians and out of the 10 technicians only 1 is a state certified tech. The rest are not. So this patient to tech ratio is very dangerous and if or when the state finds out they will be back. Oh and if someone tries to come back and say anything well I will put it to bed now. So this facility has a total of 25 chairs. 24 and 1 iso room chair for hep B patients or hiv. If someone has hep C they are on the floor with the rest of the patients. Also the iso room is used 3 days a week. M/W/F. The pct's that work the isolated area have no clue on infection control and could contaminate the whole facility. Please be careful with your loved ones and do not take anyone's word. Walk though every facility you visit and ask questions.
