Stay away from this place! On January 14, 2021 l was told by a worker in the front office (Barb) That l needed to pay $995.00 for a Crown on a tooth that the Dentist had been working on. I asked her if l could pay on that Crown. She said yes. She told her assistant to take a payment of 600.00 from my bank card. The assistant could not find the receipt book and said she would mail it to me with an appointment. She did mail the appointment card but I misplaceded it. I called the office on February 8, 2021 and ask when was the appointment for the crown. According to the office person she was not aware of an appointment for me. I also spoke with the head office person for about 5 minutes or more she tried her best to assure me I did not pay the 600.00 dollars. Maybe l paid another dentist. After much confusion l asked my daughter to please meet me at Valley Dental Center. I showed proof of my $600 payment and without any question the office person saw where I had paid the $600. When my daughter ask what happened? She replied, just an honest mistake. No apology was offered at all. I am afraid of this person. This looks very suspicious to me.
