Staff is rude and cancelled at least three appointments on me with no apology. Dentist is annoyed by questions and seems rushed to get into the next bay. Would like it if he at least pretended to be interested.

Pairadocs is a very professional facility. They do a great job. The only thing that struck me as bad was when I was in the waiting room. The front desk area girls were so professional doing their jobs 100% perfectly. The beautiful part was when they started talking about daycares, and you could tell these women were happy working together and were not only workmates but friends happy to be working together. Then a man coworker walks up with a grimace on his face. One desk girl smiles and says we were talking about daycares. The male coworker says less talk about daycares more talk about dentistry. I couldnt believe my ears. This settled badly with me. These girls dedicated their lives to this business. They are there and are super dedicated to doing their job and they do it in in professional manner. The fact that they can be friends and do their jobs in a professional manner is what any business would want. I found the male to be very unprofessional for expecting these fabulous young women to be all about dentistry 100%, 100% of the time. Lighten up dude and be grateful for the staff that gives 100%. I would have given 5 stars if the male hadnt been so rude to these magnificent young women.

Dr Bush and staff treats me like family every time I come in. He always takes the time to explain all options to you. I'm scared of going to the dentist but never think twice about going to have Dr Bush fix a cavity
