        Ive ordered the frozen Caramel Crunch twice from this location and unfortunately it hasnt been frozen. The first time it had the consistency of warm melted ice cream, the second it was slightly better, still liquid though with a strange alcohol-like taste. The staff are very polite and swift, they just seem to have trouble with consistent training or following the measurements. I probably wont be back :( but theres definitely room for improvement if management goes back over builds with staff.
