Save your time do not go there. I went there inquiring about a concrete sealer/finish for our venue. Talked to the store manager Jim, I explained our building/floor and operations with photos and he strongly suggested a product, He said he has extensive experience with concrete floor applications said" he did various Kmarts for years back in the day. He explained the prep and application. So I bought the products, applied as suggested, I even called back to doublecheck the application. Now its done 5000 square ft. The next day notice the floor finish isn't holding up to scratching (sliding chairs). I called Flint cleaning supply ask for Jim, he's not available, left message, no return call, the counter staff told me to call product customer service, I did, they said that product is not for concrete floors. I called back Flint Cleaning supply, Jim is still not available, Now I have to strip the entire floor and asking for a stripping product to do 5000 square feet and I felt I was in the right to ask for it for free or a discount since they sold me the wrong product, and Some women got on the phone, and told me " you are responsible for putting down the product not us! " and she hung up on me. I was cordial through the whole process, I am a business owner for over 30 yrs and have done many construction builds, this by far tops all my bad experiences with poor customer service and product knowledge.

Friendly staff, good parking. And helpful. I like to spend my money local especially since covid . They have been around for over 40 years in Flint and have all the supplies that can lol the covid.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!! I bought two packs of towels from this place and when I went to return them, the girl at the counter grabbed a calculator and told me that I would be charged $7.40 restocking fee. The towels were purchased one week ago and they were still in the package!!!! WHAT A JOKE!!!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FEOM HERE AGAIN.
