        The guy that serviced me jacked my whole account. Gave me add ons that I didnt want nor asked for. When I blatantly told him what I wanted a couple times. Everything on my account was so wrong that it took me days of hello, how can I help you to get it accurate. I am quite dissatisfied with the service I received at this store.

        Went in with an ongoing problem that originated at this store and the lady behind the counter wouldn't do anything. Wouldn't look at my phone whould not call customer service even though customer service told me to take my phone there. I will drive out to Miller rd or go to dort hwy location. Their employees care about their customers.
