A la carte.
Can't run a tab for table service.
Slaw is dry and flavorless.
Cooks wear no hair nets or gloves.
Expensive.
Maybe they will do well with the local hotel guests getting food to go, but as far as dining in, it's frustrating.
Waitresses openly talked about the hope of getting tipped on the whole meal (that we had to stand in line to order and pay separately) instead of just drinks served. Not a good impression.
