Dear Adrienne,After speaking to Attorney Stephen Beard about your case, I am very surprised by your feedback and disappointed by your negative stance. Although being compensated for the time we spend is an important part of staying in business, it is far from all we care about. We helped you to save your home the day before it was to be sold at auction, we worked consistently for over 6 months without collecting any money for attorney fees and we met your goal of waiting for outside funds to apply to bring your home current and exit your case. According to our detailed case notes, we consistently communicated with you via e-mail, letters and phone calls regarding your case status, responsibilities to remain in the case and under our representation, the court extended the time period for you to pay their court filing fee to the maximum time allowed under the code. Overall, I feel this is a very unfair characterization of all of the assistance and last-minute accommodations we made to help you save your home. I respectfully request that you reconsider this misleading post. I am also happy to speak to you further to clear up any misunderstanding.
