        Corunna road branch. Worst bank branch of the worst banking system. Manager faked being on a call so he wouldn't have to help resolve my issue. The teller kept asking me to step aside instead of addressing my issue. The issue? Asked them to cash a cashier's check drawn on Chase bank. They claimed they couldn't cash one that large. Then, after I read them their policy which does allow it, they said they didn't have enough cash on hand! And then refused to call other branches to help me find one that did have the cash on hand.... unbelievable. This sort of experience is why I quit banks and only use a local Credit Union.

        Every time I've been there they've refused to provide service and I'm profiled as if I'm trying to break the law. Will never do business there again until they hire a staff without bias.
