Zero stars! They lost my friend's car for a week!!! Then the mechanic could never call me or progressive back! The most unprofessional place I've ever dealt with. Thanks Collin:)

Although you all do beautiful work 100% of the time and cleaned my car (which you didn't have to do and I greatly appreciate it because it was gross), I acquired a nail in my tire while my car sat at your shop and was sent home with an almost flat tire. I had to go get it fixed elsewhere and luckily have a tire plan. Other people are not as lucky as me and that could've really ruined someone's week. There's also some strange substance all over my ceiling that wasn't there before. I understand that sitting around in a body shop vehicles might pick up some screws or other things on the floor, but you need to let customers know at least before they drive off or take the screw out and fix it as it happened on your watch. Response to Greg: you all 100% knew there was something in my tire because you had to drive it from the shop area to the parking lot for me to pick it up. The car literally tells you when the tire is low and which specific one it is right on the dash, nice try though ;)

Places like this one is why your car insurance is going up the chafge for repairs that weren't done in stead fill with bondo so they pocket more money and wave your deductible. They billed my insurance company for replacing my door passenger side the support that is between the windshield and the door they billed the insurance company for cutting the damaged one out and welding a new one in. That totaled almost $2800 they kept the money and filled it with $50 worth of bondo now my door leaks when it rains or when I wash it.they have a sign in there lobby that reads cheap work is never go go work isn't cheap but cheap work is what they do that's why they pay your deductible on your insurance.my advice take your vehicle to someone that is honest. I even told them no bondo I would pay the deductible they still did it the cheap way. I am doing a follow up review after talking to Greg Bundy the owner when we spoke he said he would look into the repairs that were made on my truck it took him less than an hour to call me back he said everything was done the way he would have done them. He sent me a copy of the final bill. I was charged for new parts and they used the old parts rt and lf roof molding at $95 dollars each a used high mount lamp $128 dollars a GPS antenna $ 60 dollars.42 hrs of body labor at $48 an hour. 13.2 hrs of paint labor. 2hrs of frame labor at $65 an hour the parts totaled $3778 for a grand total of $7404.18 that's what my copy stated. There copy witch was filed at least 3 days after I picked up my truck I know this because part of my complaint was they broke my seat trim they said they would cover the cost of it and it had to be ordered. The cost of that seat trim was on his copy of the bill. His copy also shows 48.7 hrs of labor at $50 dollars a hrs refinish labor 16.1 hrs at $50 a hr fram labor 2hrs at $65 a hr mechanical labor 1hrs at $110 hr. The price of parts changed also seat trim $68.98 high mount lamp $97 GPS antenna $32.80 windshield $380 roof panel $1541.56 rt and lt roof molding $40.93. they did give me a refund of $1200 for the cost of the sunroof the actual price for the sunroof is $1278.98 As I found out my paper work didn't match his paper work. So what am I supposed to think when all I'm told is the estimate changes and he can't give me a straight answer and after I told them I would pay the deductible?? They doctored the final bill to explain the cheap work Services: Painting, Auto glass repair, Body & Trim

I wish you would have got with my shop to discuss your issues. Here are the facts:Shop saved vehicle owner the entire $500.00 deductible.Car was dropped off on 11/1/23.11/3/23 vehicle disassembled for insurance company's estimate review, additional damage found and supplement request sent to progressive.11/8/23 no response, supp request resent11/13/23 no response from progressive supp request resent11/16/23 still no response so supp request sent again11/21/23 called progressive due to lack of response. spoke to adjustor and inspection set for 11/22/23.11/24/23 received supplement estimate from progressive and approval to order parts on 11/24/2311/24/23 received notice of parts on back order from kia. we notified the vehicle owner (who is not this reviewer) 12/22/24 back ordered parts arrive and vehicle is sent out to Kia for programming. We were very diligent in our pursuit of completion of this vehicle. Unfortunately in this day and age supplier issues, including back ordered parts happen and these situations are beyond the shops control.Even though you are not the vehicle owner if you care to call to discuss a time line I would be more than happy to speak with you.

My apologies... I wish you would have called and let us know there was a problem, we had no idea there was a problem until seeing this 3 star review. Had we known there was a screw in your tire we would have addressed it but we had no idea as the tire required no air when it was here. I would be happy to clean the debris on the ceiling of your vehicle if you want to reach out to us. I'm not sure how we would have got that on the headliner but it's easy enough for us to clean it up.Thanks, Greg

I understand you stated you wanted no bondo in your truck when it was done. Unfortunately YOUR insurance company wrote to replace your roof and rt. side aperture panel, aka windshield post, with junk yard parts. This type of repair requires bondo/filler. The junk yard roof was $625.00 and the aperture panel was $312.50. Rather than using junk yard parts we felt it was a better repair and chose to replace the roof with a brand new Ford replacement part that was $1541.56. The insurance company also wrote to use a junk yard door. Our experience is that junk yard doors usually have rust and dents that need to be repaired. we were able to repair yours and did. This enabled us to save your $500.00 deductible and also write you a refund check back for $1200.00. I don't understand how that makes my shop dishonest. If we were dishonest we would have kept all the money and not refunded any if it.So in short we saved you $500.00 out of pocket for your deductible and put $1200.00 in your pocket. We also put a new ford replacement parts instead of junk yard parts. As for the water leak, a simple phone call to us and we would take care of that for you... and I still will.
