        First and last time for me at Riverfront Hearing. Not happy from the beginning. No copy of papers I signed until later when I had to ask for copies. Hearing aids poor fit, hurt my left ear, I believe Mike tried to pull a con job on me when I came in to have that hearing aid fit adjusted. Bought the hearing aids about 7 months ago and since then, NO CONTACT from Riverfront. No further good customer service after they got the money. I could go on but I think I have voiced my opinion on Riverfront very clearly.

        I have had the most fabulous experience at Riverfront Hearing in Flint. The office staff is warm and welcoming. The audiologist, Dr. Prim, is exceptional. She was patient when teaching me how to use my hearing aids and takes calls from me when I have questions. Overall, I am so grateful that I choose this office to help me with my first introduction to hearing aids!

        The hearing department got me in on short notice. My hearing aids weren't working properly. They are sending one in too be worked on. When it comes back the other one will be sent in.

      Howard, I am so sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our service.It looks as though on your fit date of 6/2/23 it is noted that you were able to insert and remove easily as you are an experienced wearer. It looks like adjustments were made on 6/6/23 on your follow-up visit. If you were to call our office and make an appointment we are always happy to counsel, adjust and make sure your aids are working perfectly for you.Our patients hearing health is paramount to our providers concerns.Pam Brown
