        Employees are great when you're buying something. Delivery people broke my daughter's new front door and ABC said "not their problem" Delivery people said not their problem. They left without leaving paperwork for delivery or the name of the delivery company. Great service and people!

        Bought a dryer with the 2 year warranty, in 2 weeks the dryer broke. Called the warranty to have it repaired took them a month to come out to repair it then was told it would take another month to get parts. When I called ABC to find out what we could do about this? Was told we were past the 30 day return, and had to sit and wait for warranty. There warranty department is awful, Whirlpool told us we were denied a refund because they had parts ordered, they should be here in a month. I also bought a stove through them that within the first month needed to be repaired. ABC basically sells garbage appliances with garbage warranties. Update: its been 2 months without the dryer and they wont be able to fix it until March. Do not do business with them.
