Dr. Abdulrazak Alchakaki MD, FCCP

Saw him in the hospital, was satisfied with him but tried to become a new patient and do a follow up from the hospital. All I get is an answering machine and no return calls. Why would I want to be his patient when he is inaccessible? Either he doesnt know this is happening or hes hired some problematic employees(or not enough) but thats all on him. The buck stops where?

Dr. Alchakaki a very good doctor. I trusted him. But the office staff and his support staff horrible. Hbox for 3 months never called me. He was talking to someone but not me. So strange!!! Twice now I've been sick (I'm kind of critical now) I've called the office, no answer, and no call back. This last time I went to urgent care then had to go to er. I called 17 times. I have call history on my phone. Wish dr could see how many times I called with there one call back. I am frustrated. This office staff with ignoring me has effected my health twice now. Plus extra money to go to urgent care then er. Yes my pcp gave me meds cause I couldn't get in touch with this dr. A. This is a horrible feeling. Then treated like oh were very busy. So some of your patients are being medically neglected . Maybe you have too many patients. I have heard this complaint from others. A shame the girls are doing this to patients. I feel dr. Doesn't have a clue about this.

This doctor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He truly took great care of me. He was quick and intelligent to address my issues. And quick to comfort me with knowledgeable of options . The office was truly helpful in aiding me to find test sites for me to obtain my CT scan. I truly can say they are a great crew to work with.

Been trying to call for 2 months after I've seen him hospital. No one ever answers the phone and no on ever returns call
