        I went to the Liberty Tax Office on 9 Mile Road in the city of Ferndale, Michigan to get my 2023 Taxes filed. The offices were very clean and the Receptionist was professional and welcoming. She thanked me for coming into their business. I gave her my identification card and my tax documents and she then asked me to please fill out a form that was on a clip board with an ink pen. After she gave me back all of my original tax documents, I was invited to the desk of Mrs. Walker. She was also very pleasant and professional. She explained what she was doing and then showed me the screen with exactly what she had explained to me. I was very happy with how I was treated; the clean office atmosphere and the tax service I got from Mrs. Walker and the staff at Liberty Tax Ferndale. I will be returning next year for 2024.
