        Craig was fantastic to work with. From April 22 through September 23 he managed a property we rented. He was always easy to get a hold of and quick to solve any issue we were dealing with. Also very adamant about getting the job done the correct way which we very much appreciated. He and his team are great!

        My experience with Real Property Management Advantage has been nothing short of amazing! Considering we work with a lot of property management companies Craig has been amazing! He went above and beyond for one of the tenants at a property. He ensured the home was deep clean prior to clients move in date. Craig also made sure everything from invoicing to updated work orders were valid. I appreciate their open line of communications its really important when youre a contractor! I look forward to working with them again!

      Hi MB - we're sorry you're unhappy. We do cancel showings and remove listings immediately upon collection of the hold deposit. The goal is to save prospects an unnecessary drive to the property, and most people are happy that we do this. Unfortunately we can't predict when someone will send a deposit into the system. I spoke to the employee involved. He mentioned he did his best to explain this. Regardless, we're sorry this home is no longer available and we wish you luck in your search.
