Torrance was definitely a blessing in my time of great need. He was professional, kind, courteous and caring. He walked me through everything that needed to be done before he did it and showed me everything that he did when done. If there was something that he didn't have, he went out, got it and continued his work without fail. He made an emergency call in the bitter cold and didn't stop until my issue was fixed and I had heat. What's the saying..."10 out of 10~HIGHLY recommend!!" Torrance was able to make a "mad dash" the same evening I called. He accessed the situation and was able to fix my broken furnace. I appreciated his prompt attention and his expertise. We utilized Mad Dash to replace a 60-year-old furnace and a 45+ year-old air conditioner. We were very happy with the service from the estimate to install process. We obtained estimates from 2-3 other businesses in the area but ultimately settled on Mad Dash due to their level of detail in the estimate and planning process and the fact that they gave us zero pressure in making the decision on moving forward.
