Ham was dry and had a burnt taste and no glaze at all. I paid $80. 00 for that. Not again.

Very slow service ! Several of workers behind the counter and it was just me and one other customer and we both spent 40 minutes in here just to get a sandwich and a can of pop ..plus they're very expensive

I ordered 2 pounds of ham and 2 pounds of turkey.I prepaid and went on my lunch break to pick it up. It was faster than the walk-in line, but not more convenient because I still had to wait. The ham was fine, but the turkey was burnt. I didn't check until I got back to my job. I didn't think to check before I left because I've never had this issue before with other Honey Baked locations. I went back up there and had to wait yet again. I asked to get a refund for the convenience fee at this point, seeing how this was a complete inconvenience. They gave it to me back in cash, and I waited for another 10 mins. When I got to my car and checked again, one package of turkey was fine, but they literally gave me back one of the same package I returned!! The first picture is in the car before return. The second pic is the "new" one they gave me, which is clearly still burnt and the same. I didn't go back in because at this point, I'm highly annoyed and offended! I'll never come back to this location. The cashiers were nice but I don't know what they were doing in the back.
