FerndaleHaus Luxury Loft Living

I had one of the best experiences moving into Ferndalehaus. Paul was very helpful and accommodating as I was in a nightmare of a situation trying to move out of my old apartment. The apartments are very clean. The gym is nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I'm glad I found this apartment and highly recommend it.

Overall, there are amazing environmental aspects of living at FerndaleHaus that make it the perfect place to live- such as multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and night life being within walking distance. However, within FerndaleHaus are very kind, personable, helpful, and professional staff that make FerndaleHaus residents truly feel at home. From Chase pleasantly acknowledging your existence each time you walk in, to Paul planning events for our community, as well as assisting with any pertinent needs- FerndaleHaus has been an excellent place to call home. Oh, and the gym is pretty nice too!

Ferndalehaus is a fun building. Paul is an absolute gem of a manager. The level of care he shows for all the residents, going over and beyond just ensure their happiness.

I myself do not live here but I deliver for Amazon to this place all the time its always very clean and the people at the front desk are very nice and courteous and helpful. A decent place to live with decent people I recommend this place

I have lived in many places in my Life. FerndaleHaus has been one of the best. Paul & Chase are the most professional rental agents I have worked with. They made it very easy to move in day one and have the best support if anything goes wrong no matter what time or day it is. I recommend to stop by and talk to Paul & Chase when youre in the market for high standard Apartment.
