        The Nowdry firm was reliable and efficient in dealing with our basement drainage problem. We were impressed with their expertise and ability to communicate and explain the process. The team was pleasant to work with and did their best to minimize the mess!

        This was a nightmare from the moment they got our deposit. Not only did they over book us, they then made it our problem by continually pushing us back from original scheduling, and then telling us we were cutting the line and jumping in front of other customers. There was little to no contact before "showing up" for the job. We were told we would have 4 days if a not a weeks notice. We were called the day before. And the first time they finally showed up, after being pushed back 3 times. They showed up without the tools to do the job, and had to take another day to come, and do a job that took them less than 2 hours to do. They also broke candles in our daughters room and left the glass, and mess all over the floor. They also kept my card information and charged final payment without permission, or notifying me they did so, as we were planning on using another card. Horrible communication on all ends with this company, from scheduling, to employee briefing of the job, to payment collection. Truly terrible experience, and would definitely not recommend them. Waiting to see how the work holds up but not expecting much at this point. Now his comment below states they were on a job that we weren't finished with yet, and we forgot tools. That is what I call OVER BOOKED!! This place could have easily said were booked and that would have been fine. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Service: Waterproofing

        For years every time it rained hard my basement flooded. This year after two floods so far I called Now Dry.They came and installed a drain system on the inside. Just in time for the last two days weve had at least 4 inches of rain and my basement is still dry. Thanks Now Dry.I can now have piece of mind when it rains. Donald Thompson

      Sorry to hear that you're dissatisfied with our service. We never overbooked anyone. After we received a deposit, I told the customer. It would be 3 to 4 weeks before we could get in there to do the work. After about a week of receiving the deposit, she called to let me know that I was holding up her basement project even though she waited over 4 weeks to call us to schedule the job after we did the original estimate. The only reason we were pushing them back is because we were trying to squeeze them in, and it wasn't working out. So I tried to squeeze them in between already scheduled jobs, trying to apease the customer. As far as communication with her. I have text messages in my phone every day for a week. Zach and myself both talked to her the day before we were coming to do the work. She knew exactly when we were coming. She knew exactly the time we were coming. My guys forgot to bring a sawzall when they left a job that we weren't finished with to go take care of her job. The 2 guys on my crew that were at her house said they did not break a candle. And there was no glass on the floor when they left the house. She has 4 cats in her house and is blaming us because the cats got into the wet concrete. She also explained to me how my guy's left piles of drywall on her deck and her driveway. So I went to the job the next day to sweep it up and there was a very little bit of dust laying on the driveway and the deck. Once again we apologize for what you consider an inconvenience. We were doing our best to take care of a customer that didn't want to wait for their turn in line.
