        Been using this office for taxes for 19 yrs. Good up to this point. The whole office is rude. Sherry is very rude over the phone. Called to check on state refund. Very rude. Said once its issued from state it goes to them and them they release it. She made it sound like she had to release to us. Like it's thier refund and they release when she is ready to release it. This office use to be very professional but since the ones t h at where thier for years left these people take over it all goes down the hole. I would not even gave one star but it made me. Will never use H r Block after again. What a joke of a office.
