Casey came out and installed a new whole house shutoff valve, then had him come out and install a water heater. He even helped me with some other DIY plumbing projects I was working on. Everything was great!

I solicited quotes from over 10 companies. Most quoted estimates over $5500 to install a tankless water heater and wanted to charge me over $200 for obtaining a permit (which actually cost only $70). In addition Casey was willing to sign an independent service agreement defining his and my responsibilities on the project. I paid him half up front and final payment post installation and approval by County Building Dept. Install was completed in about 4.5 hours including removal of old heater and cleaning/sweeping area. County inspection occurred the next day with approval and a suggestion to attach a C-PVC tube or copper to the pressure relief valve fitting due to the high heat of water in case of incident melting PVC tubing. Told Casey of the potential issue and he returned the next day to replace PVC with copper tubing. Very impressed with Casey's work ethic and efficiency.
