Phoenix Transform

Signing on to work with Emily at Phoenix Transform was one of the best investments I could make in my health and in my future. From start to finish she was generously supportive through guiding a personalized journey towards bettering my health. My goal entering the program was to understand nutrition at a deeper level and to establish a relationship with food that was healthy, enjoyable, and sustainable. I'm happy to report the goal was met with great success and the sessions provided me with a huge amount of resources to continue along that path for life. The best part about my experience was that it felt very personalized to my own challenges which included mental health as well as physical. Emily was basically my therapist for many of the sessions and helped me through a lot of rough stuff, and is genuinely a very kind empathetic person to speak with. I would absolutely recommend Emily and her services to anyone looking to improve themselves on their own individual health journey. Learning nutrition can be a minefield to navigate on your own- she managed to make everything much clearer through her deep knowledge of basically anything I threw at her. Emily is amazing! I had gone to her for guidance with establishing some new goals at this transition time in my life. I felt completely comfortable the very first session.. she is open, very real and so non-judgmental. All my sessions ended with a complete refresh and confidence that I so needed with a new plan format and suggestions to carry me through my life! Highly recommended!

Emily has helped me to be more confident in myself and ALWAYS has suggestions for moving forward in this journey called LIFE! I have never had anyone give me any personal guidelines to live a more fulfilling life and be a better caregiver and person. I highly recommend her services. Working with Emily has been so helpful. It is truly a space where I not only don't feel judged but encouraged and celebrated at the smallest of victories. I have been able to reframe the way I think about things and this has allowed me to be kinder to myself and show myself the love and care I show others. I have changed some of the habits and behaviors that brought me to Emily originally but overall the biggest impact is just knowing my own value and worth.
