DO NOT WORK HERE! the director is certifiable and controlling. I quit 100% because of her. Tried to tell HR this to no avail. Shes a dictator and micromanagement doesnt even begin to describe it.

I was an employee at Vicinia Gardens for 4 years and everyone there was nothing but kind to me. The people who live here were always joyful and happy about where they were and the people I worked with were the kindest, hardest working people Ive ever known. Amazing place and would recommend putting your loved ones here if youre searching for independent or assisted livings!

The management of the facility is not well managed. My husbands family was mistreated when his great grandpa was in their care. He got these nasty wounds that they refused to clean, when family called we received no answers on his health being we live 2 hours away, and the way the employees mistreat each other is beyond me. A place like this your employees need to work together, they need to be treated fairly as its already hard enough to find employees. I am very disappointed in your facility and I will not recommend.

I worked as resident aide at Vicinia Gardens for around a year. It is a great place to send your loved ones. All of the resident aides care so much about their residents, it was amazing to see. This is definitely one of the best places in the area to trust to take care of your loved ones!
