Lake Fenton Estates

Very nice place to live!!! The park manager is great and always so helpful. Christina and Bill(maintenance) are both great. I would definitely recommend this park to anyone.

Great place very quiet.... everyone who woks for the community is amazing and very professional and respectful. Christina is amazing at what she does day in and day out goes threw hurdles to help as much as she can just an amazing person.

I live in another community owned by Lake Fenton Estates which is a few miles away. I sometimes stop by the office at Lake Fenton if I have a question about something. Christina, the manager, goes above and beyond to keep this community a desirable place to live. She has a great heart and goes above and beyond for her residents. She actually listens to you. I have never, ever, been given a notice for anything, as I keep my home and property very well maintained (as most people do in this community). There are always a few that do not want to follow the rules, but management does take care of it in a professional manner. She is an asset to this community and the residents that reside here.

This place has nothing better to do than to send you notes to cut their dandelions that sprout wildly and clover and weed killer kills the entire lawn then they send you a bit to trim the ones crawling on their rocks. It’s very frustrating that their maintenance people need this work and strive to make residents miserable. They don’t tell you this when you move in. They drive around in a golf cart which you are not allowed to drive one. Everything they do is a $ benefit to them. I’m trying to move, wish me success in the fact I would not recommend this to anyone
