Estimator was very thorough explaining every thing that was going to be done. So the average person could easily understand. The crew that did the work were very efficient and very courteous. Thank you all for a job well done....I would recommend you to anybody that needs similar work done .

BCLM was prompt in coming out to assess my foundation and gave me an estimate that day. Jason, the repairman, was knowledgeable and explained in detail what was needed to repair the crack, He did a fantastic job! I highly recommend BCLM and give it 5 stars out of 5.

It's been two years since the original work was done, and I didn't post a review initially because I think I was still in shock from having gone through the experience. I bought a fixer-upper that needed extreme foundation repair,. Meaning I had to have two walls replaced and other two supported, have a drainage system with a sump pump added. They were digging both inside and out in the middle of February.
It wasn't a seamless experience, with some casualties to include two weeks without hot water, I interior broken pipe and the water line leading into the house freezing twice (thankfully not freezing).
Now when taking the time to add a review I have to say the reason for the 5 stars is because of the people. Sara was so kind in helping me understand the complexity of the job and what to expect. Dennis was amazing working long in the evening to get the walls rebuilt. And two years after the initial job when I saw things that concerned me, I contacted them. Sara called me right away and Mr. Brown was out immediately to take a look. He knew what the problem was and put a plan into motion to make things right. They stand behind their work, which tells me they are an A+ company.
