Al March Is An Egotistical Asshole. A Union Ford Motor Co employee, has heating & cooling co on the side & doesn't really care if something goes wrong after the job. My furnace Continuously Leaks Water On My Floor No Matter How New The Filter. Thats what Asshole Al said in response to my complaint! Forrest seems to be a pretty good guy, If Al shows up, Your Probably Screwed!!!

Forrest was very polite, that is until he actually looked (not inspected or diagnosed, literally just looked) at the furnace. then he proceeded to tell me it was junk and I needed to spend thousands of dollars replacing it because of the known heat exchanger issue they had, sure parts are available but HE wouldn't do it and that I should just get a new furnace since it obviously is failing. it did happen to be working at the time he inspected it so he looked at the water drains and explained that the water there was the issue, he blew the hoses out and said it should be ok for now but I definitely need to plan on budgeting for a new furnace. when I returned home from work later that night it had quit again, I apologized for bothering him via text at 9:30pm that night to let him know it quit and he asked for the model number and serial number which I provided. The response I got after that was absolutely shocking, He responded "enter your model number into google search and let me know what you find out. I am sorry but I didn't make it and I cant stand behind it." My response was "Sorry to bother you I'll call someone else." He then tells me again I need a new furnace and that I am bitter for buying this furnace that I installed myself. Again the most unprofessional responses I would have ever expected from him. I then called AAA heating and cooling who came out and were extremely professional and courteous, their tech properly diagnosed the furnace which was turned out to be a circuit board failure. he thoroughly inspected the furnace and told me it was as in good a shape as the day it was manufactured. he had the new circuit board on the truck, installed it and had it working like new again in very little time, and without any scare tactics. The furnace has been working fine again since. I strongly recommend to NOT call on Satisfaction Heating and Cooling unless you want to be convinced you need a new furnace. BTW, the address listed is misleading and not accurate either, not even in the same city. if you want to do business with someone local which I prefer.
