This staff is miserable. Always rude, months ago was extremely rude to my mother who was in stage 4 cancer and now instead of calling to inform us they lost our insurance information. They just mark the prescriptions as ready to be picked up. So we have to drive all the way to town for them to ask for something we didn't even have on us. Call people if there is a issue don't just mark it as ready for pick up. Pure lazy and rude. Also there is so many reviews stating the same issues, corporate needs to work on this location. Incredible store! Understaffed employees still getting the job done for the people whom so desperately need it. They seem to face a lot of backlash due to this, but I hope that the truth comes to light in that the regular employees (pharmacy and otherwise) at this store are inhumanly patient and hardworking.

-0 s Called today at 10:14AM after my sons doctors appointment to see if prescription was called in and it had not yet been called in by doctor but tech asked me what milligram sons medicine was to make sure they had it (they did) so I was like cool theyll text/call me when the prescription is ready WRONG. Didnt get a call, text, NOTHING so I call back at 6:30PM to find out they now dont have enough to fill his prescription and they wont be getting more until Thursday so I should probably call the doctor and have them fill it elsewhere So between the shortage and you guys he has to go without his medication for even longer. Thanks a ton.

Most UNprofessioal tech ive ever spoken too. Was on hold for 10 minutes, then Mr tech gets an attitude with me, fails to comprehend what I'm asking, I know he didn't even look the medication up before rudely stating "NO, WE DONT" then hangs up..this Walgreens needs better employees. I will never go back to this subpar place
