      This review is not from a retained client. We require a signed retainer agreement before establishing an attorney client relationship. Unfortunately, schedules change and we all have to be flexible. We requested to change schedule due to a conflict. We called the client. He did not return our calls. This review is inappropriate, unreasonable, and unwarranted.
