They are very friendly and nice. Bit pricey but very worth it. They made me feel more at home than than any place that I wwent to. I would send my grandson there.

Save yourself from a terrible waste of time!!! Has no appointment integrity. I had to reschedule twice and on second appointment received call an hour before saying something came up and could schedule something in a few weeks. I could hear the doctor laughing in the background joking with his nurses. Scheduler who called sounded like sandpaper with the amount of care she said “I’m sorry for your inconvenience” and then hung up. This was my first appointment with them as a new patient. Safe to say I will never give them a second chance to waste my time and be disrespectful.

I used to LOVE fenton smiles. But once they became tru family everything changed. A lot of your regular hygienists left. The doctor is never in. The last billing lady was super rude to me and basically said SHE was doing me a favor. I said thanks twice before she even pointed out that it was a "favor" regardless. I've moved on to another dentist. A word of advice.. go back to fenton smiles way of things. Tru Family Dental is ruining what used to be.

These Ladies And Gentlemen Are Amazing. They Gave Me Smile I Never Thought I Would Have. They Are True Professionals Through And Through. I Would Highly Recommend Dr. Bo And His Staff To Anyone.

Took our kids there for 7 years, appointments are canceled more than they're kept, never get 24 hours notice, most times it's when we walk in, that they have to reschedule, Dr bo, is always late, and doesn't seem to care about kids missing school or parents missing work, the most unprofessional dentist by far, for those who write reviews based on 1 or 2 visits, wait for your next appointment, you'll see. Also was there back in April, and a man comes in for his appointment only to have the rude receptionist tell him they have to reschedule and insisted that she spoke with him about it, he told her he received a confirmation call, and it was the second day he took off work, because they canceled his first visit without notice, she rudely argued with him in front of other clients, blaming him, they once again canceled my son's appointment today without notice, never, ever, going back. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DENTIST!!!!
