Our Family has used Paulas Clraning at two diffent homes in our local area. They are exceptional, timely and wonderful at communication and customer satisfaction. Our home is literally spotless after theyre done, and it is such a wonderful stress reliever! Also - very important to a lot of people is trustworthiness as well! I have no problem giving them a key to our home and thats one of the most important things as well. They are wonderful people who run a great business, professional, and a great to our community. I would not recommend this company. Had them out to clean before we moved in, and only had them clean the bathrooms, kitchen and some bedrooms, all of which were poorly done. At first glance, they looked great, but once you took a hard look you realize they missed all of the detail work. Ive worked for and managed a cleaning company, so I know how to properly clean, and I knew something was up the moment I heard them vacuuming first. I really needed the help, and was severely disappointed. The insides of drawers and cabinets werent cleaned, all corners were missed on floors and counter tops, closets left untouched, just simply not worth how much they are charging. They also broke one of my kitchen drawers and didnt tell me. Very unprofessional.

We have a new construction.Company was hired to do a deep cleaning.House is just a shell with no furniture or carpeting/rugs so should be fairly simple.We had wiped down most of the kitchen cabinet shelves, countertops, windowsills, railings to loft and lower level ourselves. We mainly wanted the walls, floors ( they just swept them,if mopped not done well), and bathrooms cleaned. They cleaned a brand new stove that is not even plugged in, said they wiped down all the mirrors but we dont have any yet. Asked if the ceiling fans were wiped down and she said no. Asked if walls were wiped and she said only if something was visible. Unbelievable.We paid $ 475 for really nothing. Highway robbery. Do not hire or use this company!!!!
