We used this company to get a vehicle detailed and the vehicle was 4 days late from the date that it was supposed to be finished. The office provided terrible communication on the status of its completion and did an absolutely terrible job at completing the detailing service. Their team called me saying the detailing service was "done" and the truck looked like it hadn't even been touched. I had to call THEM multiple times to even get an update. After days of waiting for the service to be complete they were unable to complete the full service requested and showed blatant disregard for the delay and lack of promised service. I ended up just taking my truck from them. I highly do not recommend this company for those looking for detailing services in the trucking industry as punctuality, quality, and accountability is imperative and was overtly absent during my interaction with this company. .
