Chase Bank

Leanne was professional, friendly and patient with my mother in law. I appreciate her being kind and explaining things simply and a couple of times for her. Thank you . 5 stars for her..( zero stars for the banker/ managers that ignored her in the lobby and didn't say hi or how may we help you when she stood there looking around for help. )

If it wasn't so much trouble to switch banks, I would RUN from the Chase Bank in Fenton, Michigan. Thankfully it is not my primary bank. I had an appt for a simple matter, and because of the ineptitude of the representative I met with, I ALMOST ended up closing out an account that wasn't even mine. He couldn't even find MY account, and kept telling me that he was finding a different account, with a completely different balance. Thinking it was an old account I thought I had closed years ago, I told him to close it now. If it hadn't been for me asking a simple question about the account, he would have closed it out, and given me a cashiers check for the $700 balance. I detest this bank.
