        Beautiful property and well kept clubhouse. This is where you would live if you are looking for something quiet yet still liked to be in the city. Great mix of both worlds. The office staff actually cares about their residents. Tammy has always been fair to work with and mark the maintenance always has a smile on his face. Just an overall great place to be!

        Fairfield Apartments and Condos is a great place to live. Nice spacious updated apartments. Amazing property manager (Tammy) who manages the property in a very professional manner.

        I lived here for 5 years and enjoyed every bit of it before moving out of the area. It is a very quiet, safe, well maintained community in a perfect location. Tammy was always great to communicate with and quick to respond and help when needed. Anything maintenance related, Mark was always on top of it typically the same day. I couldnt have asked for a better place; I was hesitant to move out since it is so hard to find a great place to live!
