Firestone

Can't speak for their service, as I did not end up getting anything done. Maybe it comes down to a miscommunication, but this was my experience.
I had scheduled over the phone for my Firestone lifetime alignment, appointment was at 9. I came in at 8:30 and was greeted by a frustrated employee because appearently I had been scheduled as a drop-off and they weren't expecting me. So I waited around until 10:00 and they said I was next in line.
At this point, since they seemed independently owned, I asked to make sure this was going to be covered under my lifetime alignment. Appearently they don't or no longer do service for Firestone, despite being listed under Google maps as Firestone and proudly displaying the Firestone logo top center on their building. So while they may offer quality service, your lifetime alignment is not valid here. Hey, at least the book I read for 1.5hrs was a good read and it was a nice day for a casual 40min drive.
