The guys are Bell Tire know nothing about foreign vehicles and I feel embarrassed to have taken any of my cars there. Coming from a background in automotive repair, I have been pretty good at spotting issues with vehicles and know when someone is trying to pull a fast one. HOWEVER, sometimes I give in because its just too cold or the location is convenient. Over time, this mentality has cost me thousands of dollars at Bell Tire for unnecessary repairs. This time I went in for an alignment, and was advised that I needed to repair a plethora of parts before the alignment was to be completed. So I went ahead and spent $1400 to do the work only to find out that the manager refused to align my vehicle! Not only did I fix something that didnt need to be repaired, the manager was incredibly dismissive and rude without warrant. My fault for coming to Bell Tire in the first place.
After holding my vehicle for over 3 hours I received the Infamous Bell Tire Guarantee, which entails the cliche mechanic phone call from a salesman convincing you that you need unnecessary repairs in order to continue maintenance.
This was not the first time. Ive been coming to Bell Tire with a variety of cars and have had the same outcome EVERY TIME! I drop off the car, something unrelated is ALLEGEDLY wrong, and the sale sharks do their work.
I am writing this review to protect the average Joe from falling victim to the ignorant staff at Bell Tire and hope you make the right choice going somewhere else.
