        As a licensed builder and professional tile installer I am extremely dissatisfied. My business makes, or should I say made, many tile and installation purchases from here. I am a very disappointed in how the customer service was handled. I had a return dispute, when I asked to speak with the manager he wouldnt give the time of day: even though the place was empty. As a business owner I am appalled at the lack of customer service and lack of unity across this companys storefronts. In regards to the 60 day return policy, I was told by the tile shop in Ann Arbor, Dale Cox, that the policy only applies to tile. Now here in Novi, I am told something entirely different. Regards, Last time shopper.
