Chris is wonderful! He came out the very night we heard and found out there was a squirrel in our attic. The next day, when I thought the squirrel was trapped, he came out right on time again. His wife Carly answers the phone and put me at ease both times I called frantically to get the squirrel out of my house. They are kind and wonderful people. Some insulation from the attic fell out when Chris was removing the squirrel and he bent down and cleaned up every bit of it. He even cleaned up the squirrel droppings in the attic for us. We really appreciate their prompt and wonderful service! If we ever have a problem again, we will be calling them! Service: General wildlife removal

BTR Pest Control is an outstanding business! I called over the weekend and spoke to Carly, she was so sweet and got me on the schedule first thing Monday morning. Carly accommodated the time to fit into with my schedule. Chris thoroughly explained the process he was doing and had plan to elimate the mice problem. The best response ever from a company.  Had a squirrel stuck in my kitchen vent. Chris removed the varmint, and inspected the attic for any additional issues. He found a vent hose disconnected, and reconnected it.   I would hire him again if need be.  I highly recommend BTR for any type of pest removal.  Make them your go to.
