I spoke to someone regarding my uncles new orders, Sandi? Or Tammy was soooo disgusting and mean and condescending. I fear for my uncles care because of how they were so rude to me on the phone with him present. Very sad that he had to deal with such a disgusting unexpectable behavior.

I keep getting billed even though my insurance has no co-pays or out of pockets cost AND I have never to this office/location.

I was considering this practice as a new patient. However, the individual that I met on the phone was not at all welcoming, and short/curt. She probably meant no harm, but all I could think was this is what I'd have to deal with while inquiring about any health issues....Ummmm no.
