As a retired U.S. Navy Petty Officer I discovered that management has bunch of deceitful scammers and lazy lousy work. Takes days to respond even after calling so many times. Bathroom flooded with water and they did not care.

Bunch of crooks and scammers run this place. Constantly changing property management companies and very poor communication to owners. The last Person to manage HOA dues fled the country stealing thousands of dollars of owners funds that were paid over the years. Maintenance staff does not respond to requests or calls or even texts. And if youre lucky enough to get them to fix anything they insist on cash payment but then disappear after. Stay away from Pat He will charge absurd amount of money (cash only) but will never show receipts or what he actually spends on supplies needed to do repairs. Their lack of professionalism caused damage to one of my condominium bathroom floors to the point where I had to replace the whole bathroom. But to make matters worse, the new president, Ken, came around while my unit was under repair to blame us for basement damage right under the same bathroom. I truly regret buying 3 of the apartments there. Will definitely be selling soon. The headache that comes with this complex is not worth the investment. Invest your money elsewhere.
