Miles Bentley Well and Pump Service

If I could I give a zero. Hire Miles Bentley IF: (1) you want someone who tells you he will be there the next day and does show for over two weeks w/ no communication. And he's another no-show after he says he'll be there on Monday. So you reach out on Thursday after not hearing from him. (2) And this is really important if you want a bigger problem than you had in the first place. He came, did something and no my well is no lower leaking, IT IS FLOWING. Could he have called and let me know it was worse? Of course. Did he? No he did not! What he did after I reached out to me was advise that I call someone else. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. So if you wanna hire Miles Bentley ... proceed with caution. I did not. And now I have a huge problem.

We had a well emergency on a Sunday. Miles responded Sunday evening and was out Monday morning. He had equipment and crew out Monday afternoon and it was fixed before dinner! Miles has done work for me in the past and is the greatest. All of my neighbors use and recommend him as well. He has fair prices and does great work. He's an asset to the community.

So I had trouble with my well after not having power for days and I calledMiles Bentley well and pump services,and walked us through the process without payment! Please support this business! They really care about people and their needs!!!

Had an emergency with a non-working pump for our well over a weekend. We reached out to numerous services but Miles' was the only one to not only take the emergency contact and respond immediately, but also came out as soon as he could. He got us up and running, did is his best (and succeeded) in preventing us from having to replace our well for huge amounts of money, and charged us very reasonable rates. Very grateful for his quick service, which was top notch. Service: Pump repairs & installation
