supposedly the business went down due to contract loss. the company, in my experience, was rather confusing and a major disappointment. The person responsible for all major things of this business gives the employees no chance to succeed and only leaves them the ability to complete jobs nothing more than mediocre. As a first hand witness, during my week of what was called training in systems ive never done before, i watched as installations were done by an employee whom was very experienced and knowledgeable of the trade and did the work to the best of his ability with the direction, supply and coordination given to him by the head of the department. Working in the infrastructure cabling and wiring business with major contractors in the past, i immediately noticed many code violations that would shut most construction sites down for fire inspection failure, the tools are not provided here to succeed the right way or the safe way, wiring should not be touching other major lines like gas and water pipes nor should it be hanging free using the ceiling as its suspension tool no J hooks were used. Also the company provides its employees vehicles that are not even legal to drive on the roads. Cracked windshields are illegal and multiple vehicles have major full cracks. Along with the outside issues no vehicle sat free of instrument lights warning signs staying lit for air pressure and check engine running over 190 thousand miles with no maintenance upkeep. Also advertising companys you call customers whom are major attractions such as toshiba which you no longer have as a customer is whats simply known as false advertising. 3 days i observed this type of work and was even educated on things i didnt notice that should have been done by another employee who was less than a week into the job also telling me this is what they give you to do. There are much more talented and well equipped professionals companies to do this type of work, people take chances on cheaper prices until the day an unexpected fire inspection comes and buildings need to be torn apart
