        Used them for several years for my taxes and they did well. The last year I switched accountants & didnt use them to prepare either my state, federal or corporate taxes. He charged me anyway & I received letters for years. I even sent a copy of my taxes showing it was prepared by someone else. They decided instead to file in court against me. Because I had called to notify them if the change instead of emailed I lost. Now Im required to pay over 2k for a 600 bill I shouldnt have been responsible for. Do everything in writing with them, youll need that written record later
