This place is always a Great experience. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced. They make sure you are comfortable & relaxed. India is an Awesome tech and I really enjoy my visits when she is there, she has a Great personality & is an exceptional person. This is now my first and preferred place to donate.

I was told this was an easy process, so whats with all the questions like what type of blood is it? Whose blood is it? Why is it in a bucket?

Due to unforeseen circumstances I ended up being 7 minutes late to my appointment. The technician that approached me informed me that there is only a 5 minute grace period so they would not be accepting my donation today. I understand that I was a few minutes late (I get it) but I had already completed the rapid pass ahead of time, the techs just did not want to spend the time to conduct the health questionnaire, per her response.

Update 03/09/2024: Every time I come here I have a good experience. I had to update because my experience today was the best time I ever had donating blood. I apologize for not remembering my nurse's name (she had a knee brace on, and she was originally from Georgia) because she took my experience to a whole new level! We were talking, laughing, and telling each other about our lives the whole time. She was also an expert in everything she did. She loves her job, and it shows! When I was done (it was quick), I was kinda sad, because I knew it would be a while before I could donate again. I truly hope that she does my future donations, it was such a fun experience. Please let her see this post, she deserves all the credit (and a raise) for making the donation process easy and very enjoyable! Thank you so much! The people here are great! I donate here regularly and have been treated respectfully by all the professional staff. Five stars all the way around!
