Handan Ege (Handan) is one of those rare people. With his endless positive energy and intelligence, he helps everyone and solves their problems. If you are a Turkish person coming to Michigan, he is someone you should definitely know. He is an ophthalmologist and is doing real estate as a retirement project. He helps by assuming that he buys, sells or rents each house.

Handan helped us a great deal with our first home. We bought our house during the peak of the market and we couldnt have managed to get such a nice house without her. She really took the time to understand our preferences and priorities. She sometimes toured 5+ houses with us during our free days, and she was very responsive throughout the offer and negotiation process.

Handan has done a fabulous job in staging our house, assessing its fair market value, writing an excellent description online, and made the perfect timing to put it on the market. It was sold right after the first visit. I highly recommend reading her book prior to buying or selling it. Of note, she is a retired physician, who effectively uses her human skills. You will be in good hands.
