Turned me away from my appointment because I was a little late since I couldnt find their office due to construction causing streets to be closed around the hospital and also the directions they sent me in the mail didnt explain how to get there once inside the hospital so I was walking around looking for the office. They then lied to me and said they couldnt see me because the doctor had to go into surgery but as I was waiting there, another patient arrived to see the same doctor (Dr. Minks) even though she wasnt going into surgery. Find a different office if you wanted to be treated kindly and not turned away.

Spectrum Health Medical Group did no listen to me when I was their patient now going on 5 years and was only 30. I continue to have issues and they will not help resolve the issue that they caused by their physician. They lied about the procedure and what they were using, which has caused what is currently life long issues. If you or a loved one is going to Spectrum Health General Surgery. I highly recommend seeking care elsewhere. Where they are honest with you and your loved ones. In response to message. Patient Relations was not able to resolve the issue.

Friendly Hospital. All the staff is more than willing to help you even if they're on their way somewhere.
