I was contacted via phone that AIL wanted to do a zoom call to review my account. Seemed simple enough. Conner Koy calls for a zoom call at 7:45p.m. and it started out fine. As time went on during the call, I found myself giving him a lot of information I would assume he already had since he was just reviewing my policy. After many, many questions I started getting irritated. I had told him I had to work at 3a.m. the next morning. He said 5 more minutes. 40 minutes later he asks me for my social security number and bank account information. I told him I was not comfortable with that over a zoom call. He tried multiple times to guilt me into giving him the information. Nor did he give me any alternate ways to finish the process. After he got frustrated and some more guilt trips and pressuring me, I had enough. I ended the call. He called my back 3 times after I declined his call. I finally answered and told him not to call back. He then texted me and sent me a link to give my bank account information and tells me to have a blessed night....not the appropriate thing to say after I just got very upset with him. It sounded very sarcastic! I do not want my policies with your company any longer. Please reply with contact information so I can cancel my account with you. Pressure tactics and guilt trips are wrong to put on customers.
