Ms. Yolande Healey is a fantastic agent. She doesn't respond to your calls or messages. So what? Don't you think this rockstar agent isn't busy setting up policies people have declined to accept? She set me up with a policy I didn't want, but you know, maybe she just knows what's best for me. I now have to take time out of my actual busy life to handle a simple call to a collection agency because she continued to establish a policy after ghosting me that I wasn't aware of. I would detail our entire interaction, but you see her other reviews. You should already know she's incompetent. Bless your heart, Yolande.

She is so bad the only job she does is take your money without any service, she doesn't answer the phone or email and she always says she will call you back and doesn't, she says she has a funeral or she is driving and just excuses not to answer, but to take your money she is so fast.
